Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our quality team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
